问题一：摄像机装多高？

我在和客户沟通的时，很多时候都建议客户室内不低于2.5米，室外不低于3.5米，这些数字虽然简单但考虑到了室内的高度及镜头下压的角度，也考虑到了室外安装时照射的长度及防人为破坏的因素。

问题二：支架安装有何建议？

在装摄像机的时候都会有壁装和吊装两种选择，超市等室内环境吊装比较多，室外一般选择壁装。一般轻巧些的机器用普通支架即可，但是在使用较重的机器则建议客户使用承重较大的支架，摄像机的承重是我们必须考虑的，防止时间长了摄像头倾斜或者掉落的情况发生。

问题三：室内、室外选择何种外观的机器？

比如室内的咖啡店，精品店、酒店之类装修比较好的环境，出于美观理应考虑半球摄像机，这样显得比较美观。

问题四：电源使用上有何建议？

电源的使用上，我个人推荐无论什么机器都要使用足安电源，价格上是有些高，不过这类电源稳定，很少出现售后问题。

问题五：摄像机照射角度上有什么参考建议？

摄像机在出图像后要注意机器的照射角度。有的客户在安装好后白天看着都挺好，晚上则会出现画面黑暗、一半白一般黑、中间亮四周黑等情况，这些都和角度有关系，我们在安装的时候要避免镜头抬得太高，壁装的机器不要有超过1/4的白墙出现在画面里，镜头的选择要适当（比如3.6mm和4mm照射6-8米，6mm适合于12-14米，8mm适用于20-30米的距离），如果实在记不住镜头如何选择，这里教大家一个简单的方法就是镜头毫米数乘以2来选择，然后根据环境具体问题具体分析。前端部分这样子做一般装出来的效果都不会差。

问题六：传输部分有哪些注意事项？

选择高质量线材减少返工。其实最麻烦也是很重要的环节就是在传输部分，无论网线也好，光纤也罢，选材材质太差或使用不当都会有很多问题。

案例一

Case 1

之前有一个客户在安装的时候用100多一点的网线拉了一百二三十米，结果NVR搜索不到IPC。这位客户向我反映机器有问题。我就问他在哪里安装、使用的什么线、拉了多少米之类的问题，然后就让他换线，他换了高一档次的线，又发现尾线灯闪的慢，还是没图像，最后换了更好的无氧铜线才算完工。所以说线材不好，导致的还是自己的返工再做，费时费力最终也达不到省钱的目的。

传输部分还遇到过一个很棘手的案例。2014年底的时候有个客户给一家工厂装的监控，客户拉两路光纤分别到两个车间，每个车间各使用两对一光六电的收发器，刚装的时候好好的，后来出现了某一个收发器上的四个头不定时的掉线，每天都掉过两三个小时也都会自己连上，摄像机位置调换过，电源换过，除了那根光纤没动，该调整更换的全换了都不行，最后实在没办法，技术想了个办法，在另一个正常的收发器上面加一个交换机，引一条线到有问题的收发器上面，废弃原先的那条线，结果好了！虽然麻烦，总归解决了。谁能想到测试的好好的光纤居然出现了问题？！

问题七：安装数量较多的摄像机掉线，如何排除故障？

安装数量较多的摄像机如果掉线了，要观察是只有某一个掉还是乱换着掉线或者是某一个交换机上面的几个都掉，如果是只有经常性的某一个掉，可能是机器有问题，可升级或者恢复系统试下；如果不定时不定点的掉则是交换机资源不足，建议更换千兆交换机（主要推荐TP-link、D-link、华为、华3），如果某个交换机上面几个一起掉则要考虑交换机和线路的问题了。
