1、摄像机失灵

道路监控系统的建设通常因为成本的原因,不是所有的摄像机都是高清摄像机,或者百万像素的网络摄像机,再加上每只摄像机都有一个合理的监控范围,在监控范围内的监控画面是清晰的(取决于镜头的焦距),超过这个范围,监控的就会因为过小而模糊不清。通常我们理解的摄像机的监控距离不会超过1500米,那么假如两只摄像机的距离超过了3000米,我们就很难确保所有的目标都可以被清晰地监控到。就算是在合理的清晰监控范围内也会出现画面模糊不清的现象,主要是外界环境的影响比较大,比如雷雨天、雨雾天、夜间,摄像机的监控效果是要大大打折扣的。

很多时候当发生道路交通事故的时候我们第一时间想到的就是看看有没有录像画面可以调用,大部分的情况下我们是找不到录像的。这最主要的原因是道路辅助监控并不是按照360度无盲区监控建设的,道路监控不可能像写字楼、工厂那样每隔20米甚至5米安装一只摄像机,那样的投资会过于昂贵。但只要发生交通事故的路段安装了摄像机,通过调用录像便于我们了解过程,处理各种各样的纠纷。如果每部车辆都安装车载监控系统的话就可以很好的解决这个问题,当然现在的公交车大部分都安装了车载监控系统。
